Getting Started
Your first session at KOR Personal Training will start with a fitness assessment that will establish a base line. The information from this assessment and your goals allow us to put together the most effective program possible. From then on the assessment will be revisited every few months so we can actually see how far you have come. There are many different levels to this assessment so the bar is always raised.
In order to maximize human performance, you must have a good understanding of what effects performance. The factors that play the greatest role in performance are: Power (Strength and Speed), Agility (Weight/Flexibility/Mobility/Stability), Cardiovascular and Respiratory Conditioning, Sport Skill (Neuromuscular Coordination and Efficiency).
Each person that trains at KOR is different. Therefore each program is tailored to your body and its capability. As you become more capable your program changes so you are always progressing.
Someone once asked me, “When does this get easy?” My response was, “It doesn’t, but everything else seems easier”.
